Moving from 360 Reporting
360 Reporting is retired and its pages now open Analytics. Where each report, dashboard and schedule went, what still works over the API, and how to rebuild a report in a few minutes.
On this page
360 Reporting has been retired. Analytics replaces it on every project and at company level, and every user now has Analytics (read-only by default). Nothing was deleted: your saved reports, dashboards and schedules are still stored and still reachable over the API. They are not converted into Analytics dashboards, so rebuild the ones you use. Most take a few minutes.
What changed
- Tools → 360 Reporting is gone from the project tools, the launcher and the permission matrix. Analytics has its own section in the launcher.
- Old links redirect. Any bookmarked 360 Reporting page opens the closest Analytics page:
| Old page | Opens |
|---|---|
| Saved reports, Scheduled reports | Analytics → Schedules |
| New report, run or view a report | Analytics → Explore |
| Everything else (library, dashboards) | Analytics → Home |
- Permissions carry over. Every permission template got Analytics at the greater of Read only and its old 360 Reporting level, so nobody lost access. What anyone sees inside Analytics still follows their permissions in each tool.
Where your reports went
| In 360 Reporting | In Analytics |
|---|---|
| Open RFIs by Ball-in-Court, Submittals by Status | Project management pack |
| Punch Items by Status | Quality & safety pack |
| Overdue Items (all tools) | Project management and Quality & safety packs, or Explore with the “late” metrics |
| Financial Summary | Budget & cost pack |
| Custom report on a data source | Explore with the matching metrics, saved as an exploration |
| Dashboard widgets (stat, bar, pie, trend, table) | Dashboard tiles (KPI, bar, donut, line, table, record list and more) |
| Scheduled report (daily, weekly, monthly) | Subscribe… on a dashboard, exploration or pack: CSV, XLSX or PDF, delivered to each recipient as themselves |
| Export CSV / PDF | Export: CSV, XLSX, branded PDF, plus PNG or SVG of any chart |
Every 360 Reporting data source has metrics in the catalog: RFIs, submittals, punch items, observations, direct costs, commitments, change events and daily-log manpower, plus budgets, pay apps, schedule, inspections, safety, CRM, RFQs and more. See the metric catalog.
Rebuild a saved report
-
Find the closest pack
Open Analytics → Home and check the packs above first. If one already answers the question, you’re done: packs update as records change.
-
Or build it in Explore
Open Explore, add the metrics (for example Open RFIs and Late RFIs), group by what your report grouped by (ball in court, status, project), and add the same filters.
-
Save and schedule
Save the exploration, or Add to dashboard. To keep the weekly email, open the dashboard and choose Subscribe…. Saving and scheduling need the Standard analytics level.
