Is owner reporting available?
In part. Analytics (preview) builds dashboards and scheduled PDF reports from the live project records today. An owner-ready report template and the Reporting agent are planned.
What goes in a good owner report?
Contract sum with approved and pending changes, billing to date, a change log with reasons, schedule status, and the open items that need the owner or design team. Short and traceable beats long and decorated.
Does it work for GMP jobs?
GMP reporting adds contingency, allowances and shared savings to the picture. Our GMP billing doc covers how we're modeling it.
