Goal: Get into your own workspace and be able to reach any tool or record on the sample project in two clicks.
Every trial comes with its own copy of a sample job, Riverside Medical Center #24-118: a Phase 2 patient tower with a team, subcontractors, cost codes, RFIs, change orders and pay apps already in it. The rest of this course runs on that project, so nothing you do touches real work.
The app works like a desktop. A dock down the left holds your pinned tools, the launcher shows every tool on the project, and Spotlight (⌘K or CtrlK) jumps to any tool, record or quick action.

Exercise
Start a free trial: first name, last name, work email, company name and a password of at least 10 characters. Click the verification link in your email (it expires after 48 hours).
From your projects list, open Riverside Medical Center #24-118.
Open the launcher with the apps button at the top of the dock. Find the Project, Financials, Field, Docs and Admin areas.
Press ⌘ K (Mac) or Ctrl K (Windows), type 212 and open RFI-212.
Click Desktop in the dock and read the Contract, Committed, Billed and Margin widgets.
Back in RFIs, ⌘-click or Ctrl-click a link to open it in split view beside the RFI.
