Can the architect answer without an account?
Today the design team answers inside the app: invite them to the project with access limited to what they need. Answering without an account is something we're looking at.
How does an RFI become a change order?
If the answer adds or changes scope, you open a change event from the RFI. The question, photos and answer come with it, so the PCO and later the CO always point back to the RFI that caused them.
Can I import my existing RFI log?
If your RFIs live in another project management system, the importer can bring them across (preview, run with our team). Otherwise our free RFI log template is a clean starting point.
