os.construction is open for trials

os.construction is open. Anyone can sign up at app.os.construction and start a 14-day free trial. No sales call, no payment details.

We said we’d never tell you something exists before it does. So here is the plain list.

What’s live

Project management. RFIs, submittals, drawings, specifications, daily logs, photos, punch list, inspections, observations, incidents, meetings, the schedule with a three-week look-ahead, documents, correspondence, transmittals, forms and a 3D model viewer for GLB files.

Project financials. Prime contracts with a schedule of values, the budget with forecasts and snapshots, commitments, change events, change orders, direct costs, T&M tickets and payment applications with retainage. An RFI can open the change event it causes. The change event becomes a change order, and approved changes post to the budget and the commitment. Nobody re-keys it.

Around the edges. Timesheets, equipment, materials, bidding, RFQs and prequalification. 360 Reporting dashboards and scheduled reports. Permission templates that set every tool to none, read only, standard or admin per project. Authenticator-app MFA, SCIM user provisioning, change history on supported tools, CSV and PDF export, and a REST API with OAuth tokens.

What’s in preview

• Imports from another project management system, run with our team, with a dry run first.
• Webhooks: subscriptions and signed test deliveries work. Events from individual tools are being wired.

Company Accounting has separate ledger, AP and AR implementations. Availability and coverage vary; an automatic bridge from project pay apps or cash to accounting AR is not available, and connected accounting vendor sync is not available. See Project Financials and company Accounting for the boundaries.

What’s next

These capabilities remain planned:

• Lien waivers, live WIP and over/under billing, and cash forecasting.
• AI agents that draft the routine work and wait for a person to approve it.
• A native mobile app with offline capture, and single sign-on.

Start a free trial. When the 14 days are up, the workspace becomes read-only. Nothing is deleted. Pricing for paid plans isn’t set yet: talk to us.
