How connected is your stack?
Ten questions about how numbers actually move through your company: change orders, WIP, pay apps, field data, approvals. Get a score across five dimensions and concrete next steps for the weak ones.
Ten questions. Three minutes. No email.
Answer for how things work today, not how they're supposed to work. You'll get a tier, a radar across Data flow, Visibility, Billing, Field and Automation, and three practical steps for each weak spot.

What to fix first
"Email me my results" goes to our early-access form. Your answers stay in your browser and in the link you share. Nothing is stored.
How this is calculated
Each answer scores 0 to 3, from fully manual to one shared record. Two questions feed each of five dimensions, so each dimension scores 0 to 6, and the total runs 0 to 30.
Disconnected 0–8 Duct-taped 9–16 Connected 17–24 One record 25–30
A dimension at or below half marks is flagged as weak and gets three recommendations. If nothing is weak, you get steps for your lowest dimension. The recommendations are process changes you can make with the tools you have today.
This is a self-assessment, not a benchmark: there's no industry average behind the tiers, just a consistent way to see where the handoffs are.
Stop re-keying the numbers behind this math.
We're building one record for contracts, change orders, job cost and billing, with founding contractors, so WIP, retainage and cost-to-complete are already right when you open them.
