Is os.construction live today?

No. We are pre-launch and building the OS with founding contractors. Early access opens in stages as each part is ready for real work. We will never tell you something exists before it does.

What does it cost to join?

Nothing to apply. Founding contractors lock in founder pricing, and we will share that pricing with you before you commit to anything. There is no obligation to buy.

How much time does it take?

You choose. Most of the value comes from a few honest working sessions and from trying early builds on real work. We agree on a cadence that fits your schedule, and you can step back any time.

Do I have to stop using Procore, Sage, QuickBooks or Vista?

No. Keep running your business the way you do today. We want to understand your current stack so the OS fits how construction companies actually work.

Who gets in?

We are looking for a mix of general contractors, specialty contractors, owners and finance leaders. We review every application and invite people in stages, so a cohort is small enough to listen to properly.

Can more than one person from my company apply?

Yes. A PM and a controller see the same job very differently, and we want both views. Each person can apply with their own email.

What happens to the information I send?
